At WOW!, our innovative approach to music education focuses on the joy of playing music in an environment that nurtures students and encourages them to create their own music as well as collaborate with other musicians.

Beginner and Novice Students

Lessons focus on learning to play a variety of songs right away, using those songs to develop crucial technique and knowledge to play as a proficient guitarist.

Intermediate and Advanced Students

Instruction is all about bringing your guitar playing to the next level.  The instructor will assess your current abilities and customize our curriculum specifically to advance your skills to become the guitarist you want to be.

WOW!’s “Jam-BalayaTM”

Our unique “Jam-BalayaTM” curriculum develops well-rounded musicians by exposing students to ensemble playing to hone the critical musicianship skill of being able to play together as a group.

Periodic “Jam-Balaya sessions” will have guitar students joining together with other students--either voice and piano students at WOW! or other guitar students--in small groups during some of their lessons.  Students will learn to create music together under instructed guidance, and have a blast doing it.
